Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve in Idaho, by US nature photographer and conservationist Philip Hyde. In the 1950s and 60s, his photography was used in conservation campaigns and ultimately helped achieve expansion and preservation of multiple national parks. Hyde advocated a “peaceful environmental revolution”.
